All sales are final. If you receive a damaged item in a purchase, please contact us at hello@peppearddesign.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s).
Online clothing purchases are eligible for store credit only. Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, a store credit will be issued (minus original shipping fees). Store credit will be sent via email and can be used toward any future purchase. Any clothing marked as sale or discounted is considered final sale and is not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Please take a moment to read our shipping policies here
