Shipping policy
In-Store Pickup Furniture:
Any furniture in stock in the shop is available for pick up at the time of purchase. We can hold items that have been purchased until you are able to pick them up. If you need local delivery, we can provide you with the contact info for our preferred delivery service at time of purchase.
White Glove Furniture:
Delivery via white glove service typically takes 3-6 weeks. This timeframe could vary depending on availability of pieces ordered. This delivery fee includes delivery, assembly (if applicable), and indoor placement of the items purchased. Pricing subject to change based on location of delivery, availability of product, and preferred shipping date.
Ground Delivery Furniture:
Delivery via ground delivery service typically takes 3-6 weeks. This timeframe could vary depending on availability of pieces ordered. This delivery fee includes only the delivery of items purchased. This shipping service does not include assembly (if applicable) or indoor placement of the items purchased. Pricing subject to change based on location of delivery, availability of product, and preferred shipping date.

Goods Shipped from the Shoppe:
We are typically able to fulfill orders in 1-3 days. You will receive tracking information to the email address provided during check out. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to be active. If you have any questions, please reach out to hello@peppearddesign.com.
Unable to ship:
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship select artwork, select lighting, select rugs, and select furniture. If you are interested in an item that doesn’t allow for shipping, please contact us at hello@peppearddesign.com as we may be able to assist you further.
