SHOPPE MANAGER

Comfortable moving between customer-facing responsibilities and behind-the-scenes administrative work

What you’ll be responsible for:

Lead the shoppe + team
Oversee daily store operations and lead the retail team
Be the go-to person for questions and day-to-day problem solving
Provide an elevated customer experience and help drive sales
Move, lift and open boxes up to 50lbs.
Own the details
Check and manage emails daily
Communicate with vendors and follow up on orders
Communicate with vendors regarding claims, damages, and delivery issues.
Track invoices, purchase orders, shipments, and deliveries
Receive and organize incoming inventory
Stay ahead of what’s arriving and what needs attention

Manage Shopify + inventory

Receive and track inventory through Shopify
Maintain accurate inventory and product information
Assist with our e-commerce business and online orders
Shopify experience is strongly preferred

Bring the creative side

Help with visual merchandising and seasonal styling
Assist with product launches and new collections
Help plan and lead in-store events and special projects
Bring creative ideas to make the customer experience even better

We’re looking for someone who is:

Organized. Proactive. Tech-savvy. Creative. Dependable.

Someone who takes ownership, follows through, and communicates well. Prior Shopify experience is a significant plus, but strong technology skills and the ability to learn new systems are important.

Position: Full-time, ~35 hours/week
Schedule: Daytime hours (occasional evenings for events). Weekends Required.

One-Two weekend days off a month. Some work from home hours available as well.
Pay: Hourly, based on experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Connect & engage with customers on a daily basis, helping them envision Pep Line products in their home.

Style the products inside the shoppe to match our aesthetic.

Help unpack, tag, and process all new inventory that is delivered.

Must have experience reading and understanding invoices.

Ability to work independently on tasks.

Ability to move, lift and stack boxes up to 50lbs.
