Refund policy
Furniture:
Furniture purchased and picked up from the shoppe is final sale. We check all items at time of delivery as well as at time of purchase. Please check all items before taking them home. In the unlikely event that a furniture piece is damaged, please bring it to the attention of an associate at time of pick up.
If you receive damaged furniture that is shipped via a white glove delivery service, please let the delivery service know during delivery and contact us immediately at hello@peppearddesign.com.
If you receive damaged furniture or are missing a piece that was shipped via ground service, please contact us immediately at hello@peppearddesign.com.
In-Store Purchases:
All sales are final. However, if you have any questions regarding a damaged or non-functioning item, please contact us at hello@peppearddesign.com.
Clothing purchased in-store must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Approved returns will receive in-store credit only. All sale/discounted clothing items are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit.
Online Purchases:
All sales are final. If you receive a damaged item in a purchase, please contact us at hello@peppearddesign.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s).
Online clothing purchases are eligible for store credit only. Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, a store credit will be issued (minus original shipping fees). Store credit will be sent via email and can be used toward any future purchase. Any clothing marked as sale or discounted is considered final sale and is not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
